You are responsible for safeguarding account credentials and notifying us promptly if unauthorized use is suspected.

Data and content

You retain rights to your data. We process and store that data only as needed to provide the service and maintain platform operations.

Billing

Subscription fees are billed according to the selected plan. Fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law.

Liability and termination

We may suspend or terminate access when necessary to protect the service, other users, or compliance obligations. Liability is limited to the extent permitted by law and as described in the governing agreement.
