Compare values without discarding calendar or zone information.

TimeValue is intentionally polymorphic: civil Time values compare by clock time, while CalendarDateTime and ZonedDateTime compare their complete instant. Flattening all three to hour/minute/second makes a valid overnight attendance interval look reversed.
